Tula Massage Therapy and Yoga

Went for my first time yesterday and she was absolutely amazing. I have chronically tight and tense muscles and get lots of deep knots. She can do a really deep pressure that is needed to release those and I haven't feel this relaxed and pain free in months. Best massage I've had in a really long time.

I was able to easily signup online, for a yoga class I wanted to gift for my wife’s birthday. The location was easy to get to and great space for the class. The instructor was knowledgeable and tailored the class to the group’s skill level. Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn how to bend so you don’t break with yoga. We plan to attend another class in the future.

I hit a deer a few weeks ago. My neck, back and chest were sore and I was in pain 80% of my day. After a few adjustments, I was on the mend but knew I needed a bit more. I scheduled a therapeutic massage with Karlie, and it was amazing! She found many tight knots that I didn’t even know existed. Although insurance doesn’t cover it, I WILL go back - hopefully on a monthly schedule. Thanks Karlie. Welcome to town. You will heal many.

The owner Karlie is a miracle worker as far as massages go! She is also the soul owner/person who performs all the massages and teaches yoga at that location as well! She is very calm and grounded and her prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend her as a massage therapist and a yoga teacher as well!
