I understand the importance of staying calm and regulated, but this experience has been beyond unreasonable. It took nine months to secure an appointment with a new PCP. Then, five or six days before the appointment, it was canceled due to a meeting. When I called to reschedule my physical, I was told the next available appointment would be another seven months out. That timeline is simply unacceptable for primary care. This level of access makes it impossible to receive consistent healthcare. I will not be continuing care with this practice.

They are unbearably bad. You ask them for an appointment for a sick child. They set the appointment for three months after the child has recovered from the disease. They are stupid in their dealings. You give them the name of the pharmacy, the phone number, and the address, and they send the medicine to another pharmacy. You ask to call them and give them your phone number. They call someone else and set the appointment online. They do not give you the password to confirm the reservation or request an inquiry. I hate going to them.

The place is good and the service is decent, but you need to be patient when visiting, as the waiting time ranges from 1 to 1.5 hours. It’s better not to question the delay, as it might upset the staff.

I’m surprised by the number of bad reviews, as I have been a patient here for 8 years and I love the doctors at this office! I’ve seen many of the doctors at this practice throughout the years, and they have all been fantastic, caring, and really listen to me. Sure, health insurance in our country is completely broken and has led to some frustrations, but the staff at this office has always been responsive and very helpful to help me navigate the nonsense. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough!

Had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with Michelle over the phone this morning. After inquiring about my insurance coverage, she responded with such aggression and impatience. I can't say I've been spoken to someone at a doctor's office like that before. Long story short, I decided to cancel my appointment. I'm sure Helena Pham is a great MD, but nobody should have to brace themselves for that.
