Update: the owner called me back to make it right. She was very sincere and apologized for the new masseuse lack of experience. I had an incredible massage from Sarah. Will definitely be back. I hate to leave a bad review to my favorite place but being a regular client who recommends the business to all my friends, I feel obligated. My masseuse this time was okay. Her fingers were scratchy which was distracting. It was my birthday so I really wanted to start the day right and not make a fuss about it. In addition, unlike the previous times, it didn't feel like she knew what she was doing which left me with cramps in my calf and pain in my neck even after a week. Wah Wah was such a great massage therapist! Honestly, one of the best Thai massages I’ve had. She really gets into your pressure points deep and I feel like a new person. If you want a strong massage, she is the way to go. Would highly recommend!
