They made a stressful and painful day much better! A challenging tooth had me in tears and they got me in the same day I called. The dentist and the front desk were great about explaining everything from the procedure options to the insurance coverage and costs. It made having to pivot from a root canal to an extraction much easier.

My cleaning was performed by Justin Mai, who was thorough, gentle, and attentive throughout the appointment. The office itself is clean, modern, and well equipped, which added to the overall positive experience. I had a really awful experience with Dr. Kim, and I honestly wish I had gone somewhere else. At my first appointment, she told me I had over a dozen cavities, which felt shocking, but I assumed she knew what she was talking about. It was the second appointment—when she started filling these supposed cavities—where everything went downhill. The numbing shots barely worked, and I kept telling her I could feel what she was doing. The pain was intense; I was literally crying in the chair and gripping the armrests so hard. Instead of slowing down or giving more numbing shots, she kept saying she just wanted to finish so she could move on to the next patient. The whole process felt rushed and careless. The work itself was terrible. The fillings were rough and uneven, and I couldn’t even floss
