The case manager of my insurance reached out to verify in-network status. They received no answer. Finally decided to reach out to the Livermore location after no responses from the Dublin office. Was 17 minutes on hold before they hung up, called back and they hung up AGAIN. Then just would not answer. They seem to not make it easy for one to make an appointment.
Wonderful love Dr Wong so caring and professional I always feel in good hands, office staff so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
