TrustCare Urgent Madison

$400 for a *single* penicillin shot!! And that's not the visit... just the shot. The visit + shot was $800. Insurance covered barely any of the visit and nothing on the shot. Sunday after Thanksgiving, my child showed signs of Strep. Called TrustCare Kids and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told "there's no provider on duty you have to go next door to TrustCare Urgent." I went in and we got seen. Strep test was positive and I was presented with two options "do you want to do a one time penicillin shot or the 10 day oral antibiotic." My child and I chose the shot because... why not? I was *never* told anything about price. Fast forward to receiving the bill and I ow, *after insurance*, upwards of $600. I was floored. I looked at the insurance claims and there was "$400 for th

Don't pay cash at your appointments!!!! The front desk girl refuses to give receipts and pockets the money. I paid $45 in cash last year for a checkup appointment and the girl behind the counter refused to give me a receipt claiming they dont for cash payments and I knew then what was proven today, she probably stole it. Wonder how many more patients have had their cash payments suspiciously go missing. I will never come here again.

I had an incredible experience at this clinic. I went in very soon before they closed and they were very nice and welcoming- they did not at all rush me or seem annoyed that I came in right at closing. Lawanda at the front desk and NP Chadwick were caring and helped me.

The entire staff was incredibly caring and attentive, making sure I was seen right away. The nurses and doctor took the time to listen, showed compassion, and provided excellent care. Kellie Watkins, Brandy Greer and Juanita Williams all exceeded expectations for my first time using TrustCare. The care, attention, professionalism and efficiency for treating my unplanned medical need (cut finger-sutures) was top notch. I’m impressed with the new Madison, MS facility and would consider using TrustCare for future minor Medical needs.
