I made an appointment for 12:50pm. I arrived at 12:40pm. Got sent right to the back with no issue. Got stabbed for covid and the flu and waited from 1:04pm-3:00pm for the results. AFTER getting staff's attention twice! Once the dr finally came, she wanted to run MORE test that would take longer!! Not considering i told the nurse Im pregnant and feeling faint because I hadn't eaten, not thinking this visit would take 3 hours! When I agreed to take a urine sample, I waited ANOTHER 10 minutes for someone to come and ASK do i want to do it. At that point I was almost out the door. I literally heard the doctor tlkn to patients that came into their rooms after me. I'll never go here again and dont recommend it to ANYONE!

I came in to be evaluated for ongoing symptoms and had a very disappointing experience with the nurse practitioner, Saundra Henry. From the start, she appeared visibly upset and impatient. I clearly explained my symptoms, yet she repeatedly insisted that I should have told her “upfront,” which I already had. Instead of working through possible causes, she complained about having to go back and forth between rooms to see patients, which made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. When I asked what type of laboratory tests might be needed to help rule things out, she told me she didn’t know. I was ultimately left without a proper diagnosis, guidance, or next steps. She also kept emphasizing that this was an urgent care and suggested I go to the emergency room, even though my symptoms did not re

Extremely negative experience. I called in advance and was told that they could provide an X ray. I arrived there and had to wait over an hour to see the provider. She came in and agreed that I did need an X ray but said they could not provide one. Remember: I called in advanced and asked about this very service and was told I could get one. She then told me that X rays would be available tomorrow at another location. However, I called the location she informed me about. They informed me that their X ray machine was not working. Therefore, I have been left without any option to receive the service that I was told I could receive.

Canceled my appointment in time an found out that they changed me 100.00 dollars for a visit I had cancelled. Please be careful with signing paperwork at this company because I found out they can discretly charge my card for up to 1500.00

When I got to the clinic I was in a lot of pain and just not feeling myself, but when I left I was in good spirits because of the kindness and compassion that I received from the NP! The receptionist was nice also! Thanks for having a clinic in my neighborhood!
