Fast, professional, polite. All that I need from a place like this. I’ve been using them and will continue to do so. I really appreciate the work these folks are doing.

Front desk is the rudest!! I hate to leave a bad review. But if you want a friendly experience when you or your family are not feeling well. Do not go here. Don’t bother to make an appointment. Terry was incredibly rude when we were checking in. Had an appointment at 2:00. Waited over an hour. Normally we go to Baptist but thought we would try going here. I will NEVER go back even though the Dr. and the nurse were good. Front desk sets the tone for the whole experience. Side not when we were leaving getting a doctors not, Dr. came out and both of the women up front changed their tone and pretended to be kind.

Got a flu shot and and was billed 125.00. BCBS says they are not in network anymore. Be careful because there website says different. Follow Up from one day Later: Problem Solved!! Ended up with the NP out of network temporarily but is now fixed. Changing to 5 star for the quick actions and follow up. Thanks so much to Trust Care Flowood.

In and out in less than an hour. NP was very kind, not rushed, made a recommendation my other dr had not.

Best after hours, weekend and anytime I need them clinic. Fast online scheduling and great customer service and care!! They really listen and never rush to get me out like a number!!
