Trussville Urgent Care - Birmingham

I arrived with an infected hand. I filled out some papers paid the fee and the Dr saw me right away. Fast service! The lady at the front desk was super nice. Infection is gone. And get this they sent me a $125 refund, because my primary care sent a referral a couple days later. I hope I don’t get hurt again. If I do I know Trussville Urgent Care is here!

Everyone is so nice from front desk to the CMA and NP. Wait time is less than my PCP! I was given in office nebulizer shots and meds. Great place for urgent care.

Went to Trussville Urgent Care for the first time. What an amazing experience. The staff was amazing! From my experience with Ashley at the front desk which she had a pleasant and welcoming personality to Lori my nurse which was attentive, caring, professional and knowledgeable and Nina my nurse practitioner. She listened to my concerns and made sure they were answered. Super knowledgeable and super caring. I felt valued and confident in her expertise. The entire staff was exceptional. They were very proficient, kind and caring. The waiting room was clean and well maintained, which created a serene and comfortable environment. I am so grateful to each and everyone for getting me through a rough morning. I Highly recommend this facility!

We were on a cross country road trip, and my toddler contracted pink eye. We tried 3 urgent cares who wouldn’t see her because she was too young, before we finally found this one. I was a bit desperate! They got us right in and were friendly and professional at the front desk. The nurse practitioner was compassionate and really accommodating since we didn’t know which pharmacy to use. The facility was about to be closed for renovation, so there were some boxes and supplies piled up in the hallway, but the waiting room and exam room were fine. The TV was playing home makeover shows, which I totally appreciate, because so many places play the news, and it’s partisan and icky. HGTV is the way to go!
