The dental practice is fine, but Melissa the owner of the clinic was not. I used to have a great insurance, she was all smiles and helpful, now I come with a government supplemental insurance, her face was stern, and refused to speak a word to me even when I tried to say hi to be polite. The signal was well received that she does not want me to return. I feel so sorry that I am not welcomed, they could have told me so at the front desk.
