True zen massage

I had a session with Darlene this evening. So far she is the only person that has been able to loosen up my left shoulder and hips. Her techniques are amazing and the hot stone use throughout the entire session was something I have never experienced before from a massage therapist. 10/10 recommend.

10/10. Very skilled, terrific atmosphere, good vibe, polite and receptive without over talking. I highly recommend, and I'm especially glad to have found her so early after moving to a new city. Usually it takes four or five bad massages to find a good masseuse

I travel a lot for my business by plane and car and I was feeling tight and tense. I just had the best massage of my life with Darlene. I feel great! I highly recommend. Five Stars. The next time I’m back in Albany I will be looking to booking another massage at True Zen.

If your body hurts, go to Darlene! She knows every muscle in your body and works almost all of them. I am sure she does wonderful relaxing massages, but each time I've gone to her, it was like a total body workout with hot stones, and precision pressure and manipulation. I leave pain free and full of energy. I have never had a massage like hers. Her prices are very reasonable and worth every penny! I would give her 10 stars!
