True-Care Pharmacy

I was disappointed with the service I received from the cashier at the register. Her behavior was unprofessional and did not meet the standards of customer service I expected. When I asked for help, she did not respond courteously and acted as if she was helping me forcefully. Even after I told her that I hadn’t used the machine before and needed her assistance, she gave me disapproving looks. This experience makes me feel like I never want to go there again. The lady was Chinese/ Korean probably. Time : 5:45pm-6:04pm , 08/30/24

Neighborhood pharmacy that always has my prescriptions filled very quickly. Always professional and pleasant. I have been a customer of Tru-Care for probably more than 10 years. My only complaint is a lot FSA eligible products are not able to bought at the store using my card even though I purchase them at big chain pharmacies without issue.

I been a regular customer with this pharmacy for years. I take the same medication for years. Every month I go there to get my medicine. All of a sudden they tell me they don't have my medication in stock. I asked them when they will have it. They said they have no idea. This is a medication if I run out, I will feel physically ill. So for them to just simply tell me they don't have it and they dunno when they will have it is absolutely unprofessional. Especially I been a customer with them for at least 8 years. I'm taking my business else where. The previous owner was so much nicer. They would never just shut me down like that. If you are in the Flushing / Fresh Meadows area this is the pharmacy you want to go to. All other pharmacies nearby give you long wait times, but here at True Care Pharmacy they treat you like family and give you this connection like none other. They really do treat you like you are the only customer in the world and focus directly on you and your needs. They give so much information for each prescription you pick up. I have been coming here for years and seriously have zero complaints. There are times where they give you your prescription within minutes!! Try them out and you will never go anywhere else again!

A specialist named Grace continued to speak verbally even after I informed her that I am deaf. I felt violated and discriminated against, even though I asked her to write things down. She asked, ‘Do you speak English?’ in a distinctly angry manner. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced, especially since it was my first time visiting there to pick up a package. The package was supposed to be held there for 24 hours, but it was missing. She sent me to a different pharmacy on same day with heavy rain, but it wasn’t true. She said “Adam received it”, implying that the package was sent to a different pharmacy. She yelled at me while I was speaking with the UPS guys who were removing packages that were sitting on the floor. No apologies were made, and I was left frustrated by her
