Richard is amazing! I've often dealt with a lot of pain and pulled muscles when I ramp up my running. Richard was able to assess and address my issues immediately. I am experiencing fewer and fewer issues as I weight train, run, and do yoga now thanks to his sessions and thoughtful tips. The downtown area is so lucky he's around!

Richard took my concerns seriously, was a kind, patient, supportive listener, and gave me a skillful and thoughtful 90 minute massage that meaningfuly reduced my pain and helped me relax for the first time since getting injured. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I'm going back for a follow up appointment in a few days. If you want an expert, Richard is the person to see!

I have been seeing Richard for several years now and he always knows just what to do to provide the best healing. He is intuitive, very attentive , and professional in his craft. He knows just what your body needs, offering just the right amount of pressure as needed. While there are many massage therapists available in the area and I have been to many, he is the one I always go back to.

Richard is an excellent massage therapist. I have had a few massages with him now, and each time he seems to intuitively know where to work and how to get the kinks out.
