Was easy to get an appt, and the office is nice and clean. Dr. G is very thorough and a great listener. In spite of a busy office, she really was interested in finding the cause and best solution for my son's respiratory issues. The nurses were equally attentive and interested. Made my son feel really comfortable and invested in the whole visit.

Dr Chow was amazing and very compassionate. The technicians were great at explaining the breathing tests. My low rating is due to the vague answers from the billing department. Leading up to my exam I made sure to ask what my copays would be. I was assured the same amount would be it. They even told me that the only copay would be the one stated on my insurance card under “specialist”. On the day of my exam they were going to let me leave without paying anything. So I had to make sure that was taken care of. A few WEEKS later, I get an email from TruDoc saying that I owe a balance. My insurance said it’s because TruDoc sent an additional diagnostic code for billing two days after my exam. Dr. Chow is compassionate and explains test results clearly. When I was afraid and my anxiety kicked in she put my mind at ease. Dr. Chow is wonderful and I strongly recommend.

I was charged for a Telemed visit when all I requested was a call back from the doc because the Rx that was called in wasn’t covered so my son was left without any medications. Whoever took my info could’ve just relayed the info to the doc and that would’ve sufficed but offer to have the doc call me back so I said yes. At no point was it suggested to be a phone apt or telemed or else I would’ve just insisted that the message of my kid still not having there meds at the pharmacy relayed to the doc. A couple wks later I was billed for an official visit. I brought this up with billing department explaining the situation to them but nothing was done about it because of how it was charted by the doc (L.S). I’m just leaving this review so it doesn’t happen again to anyone because I’m sure not e
