The most amazing doctor ever even her practitioners are amazing. The staff is also wonderful. I will say that when calling to book an appointment just be mindful that they do use a call service. That's not always the friendliest but if you have an issue, call the office and leave a message for the nurse to call and they will fix it. She can almost handle any problem there. Sometimes you will wait a little bit, but that's at any doctors. Very easy to get in with. Tia, Dr. Dr.'s nurse is absolutely amazing as well as everyone else there

I had such a great experience with Dr. Trudell's office. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t rush through my concerns. I have been a patient of Dr. Doctor for over 10 years . Her front desk staff is very knowledgeable and prompt. The referral desk is on top of things . Doctor Doctor is amazing. She always comes in with a smile answers my wand provides medically sound advice. I’ve had opportunities to change practices but I refuse to change because she is so amazing. Her Nurse Practitioner is Robyn Santiago. She is the best. She is personable respectful and knowledgeable. She greets me with a wide smile and responds to me making me feel welcome . REPLY TO THEIR RESPONSE: You guys are quick to reply to google reviews but don’t even bother to call us your patients to resolve issues. Your excuse was you have an answering service. But your answering service don’t answer calls either. “Happy to speak with you further about this, regards, Christa” — HOW? You just said the office don’t answer CALLS how are we supposed to speak? . Why don’t you give me a call to fix this? You guys are a JOKE! DON’T GO HERE! Nobody ever answers call for billing. I was referred to this office by my rheumatologist who highly recommended them! I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and knowledge on everything we discussed.Tia was amazing and explained how the first visit went! She was caring and supportive, and painless!
