I love this place it is nostalgic to me as I grew up loving animals and spending weekends, long breaks like summer, and holidays on my grandmothers farm. Spending time with her meant going places she volunteered and, worked at like wild life centers and, animal hospitals and, veterinary clinics. When you walk in weather checking in or attending the actual visit it is quaint not too big but also not too small. It has other floors I have only been the ground level but the Dr."Veterinarian" is fantastic and so is his staff. I wish I were using them when I had all of my animals, we had two cats now we are down to one and a dog. They have a lovely cremation for your pet they did our kitty Punkyn. They have seen one of my animals and he loves it most vets made him so nervous he did not want to

I recently had to make the very difficult decision to euthanize my cat, Kitty. He was 18-20 years old. He stopped cleaning himself and slowly stopped eating. I couldn't let him starve and he had no quality of life left. It wasn't easy whatsoever. The doctor and assistants were all very nice! Especially the younger blonde girl. The middle aged blonde was a bit rude on the phone while asking her questions. She must have been having a bad day though because she was nicer when I went to pick him up. Dr. Stair helped me feel more comfortable with the decision. I wasn't sure if I was making the right choice at first. Not that I had many choices available. I believe I was just blinded by the pain. I paid a little more than I would've had I had it done at the local SPCA since Dr. Stair lets you in

It’s always a struggle to get an appointment when needed due to them only having appointments weeks out. My pets cannot wait weeks to be seen if they are having an issue. I have taken my cat there many times due to an ongoing problem that was progressively getting worse over a two year period. They did many tests and scans, but never really found anything so it was just a dose of steroids and out the door. One day my cat was barely able to walk and of course we couldn’t get an appointment for weeks so we had to make an emergency visit elsewhere. They did the same scan that was done twice at dr stairs office, except they found that his kidney was nearly triple the size of the other. They could only assume it was some form of cancer and the only option at that point was to make him comfortab

Dr.Stair is so compassionate and I have taken every one of my pets here. He has compassion and his prices are the absolute best and fair. I walked in one evening to get my cat a flea treatment and the staff were so understanding and immediately took care of my cat, no appointment made, just a caring staff ready to help. They explained each product and it's benefits and even took her back to place the ointment on her themselves. We are currently working with them with our older cat and they have been nothing but understanding and willing to help. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
