tru Primary & Urgent Care (truHealthNow) - Leesburg

Recently, I visited tru Primary & Urgent Care in Leesburg. Besides excellent and professional service I received bunch of positive emotions out there. Staff members really made my day. Sonia, Jared and Dr. Mukherjee implemented their responsibilities very professionally and friendly. Awesome team work! It was my second visit. Highly recommend!Thanks a lot guys)

Listen, Doctor Mukherjee is so accurate with her diagnosis it’s almost scary. It’s like she has X-Rays in her eyes. She truly is a fantastic physician and cannot recommend her enough. She’s very knowledgeable and confident. I feel very fortunate to have found her and her team. They’re always on top of everything and provide top-notch care for their patients. Thank you, guys!

I absolutely love this place! The receptionists are super friendly and personable, especially Jared!! I've had two appointments with them, and before we even got to the door, Jared greated us with a smile and a warm welcome. Dr. Amrita Mukherjee was very kind and informative. I haven't been seen by a doctor in a few years, so I was a bit anxious. However, Dr. M felt like a stern, but caring aunty/mom! The whole experience was comfortable and very educational.

My appt got cancelled/rescheduled, by 3 different providers 3 different times and then when I confirmed my final appointment they called me 4 different times to confirm (even after I confirmed via text AND their check in portal 24hrs in advance); when I answered the last two calls I asked if they registered my other 2 confirmation calls that I had just received. This happened up until 2 hours before my appointment time. I was asked by the provider to follow up on my blood work in a week where they would sign my Insurance Health assessment Form, That appointment was billed out as a regular Office visit fee, not a Follow up. Prior to the second appt i asked if I could have all my appts PreAuth'd. The nurse at the front desk asked for clarification on what I was asking; are PreAuthorizations

Dr. Mukherjee and her staff, especially Jared, were fantastic: warm, welcoming, congenial, efficient, and comprehensive. All aspects of the appointment were managed with courtesy, grace and professionalism. I could not have asked for a better experience and enthusiastically recommend the Tru Health practice in Leesburg to any and all. Thank you!
