tru Primary & Urgent Care (truHealthNow) - Germantown

I am a 1 year new patient at Tru primary in Germantown Md. My experience here has been everything I was hoping for. Ive been seen within 10 min of arrival everytime ive gone in so far. DR. KASSIS has a great bed side manner that puts you at ease. He spends the time to understand your issue and clearly explains a protocol to follow. I have never felt rushed and always get my questions answered. The staff is fantastic as well, nurse Zo and Dr. Kassis work very well together taking you through your visit. I recommend them highly.

I have known Dr. Leonard Kassis, since 2021, when I first visited him for an emergency consultation due to severe pain. His diagnosis and management of my case were incredibly accurate, which is why I decided to trust him with my regular physical check-ups ever since. I am also deeply grateful to his assistant, Zo, she is exceptionally kind and compassionate, truly going above and beyond in her work. I am so thankful to both of them for the amazing care they provide. Highly recommended!.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Medical Assistant Misha and Terri Strobel, PA were both very kind, welcoming, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen to my concerns. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I just started using tru Primary & Urgent Care but have been impressed, Dr. Lenord Kassis is much better than my previous doctor, he is concerned and interested in my conditions and is very prompt to address any concerns adapts to my needs. Since they changed the name to TruHealth, I have been getting much better service from this facility. The wait times have been nearly eliminated, and I’ve had only one negative encounter out of many with the call center. Since I switched providers at the facility to Nehali Patel, the care I’ve received has been excellent. I’m getting older and am dealing with multiple serious conditions that I never thought I’d have to. Nehali is extremely competent, thorough, and compassionate. She was key in helping to diagnose a serious medical condition that had gotten severe due to previous medical neglect and incompetence. I am grateful for her.
