This clinic employs a Nurse practitioner named Deborah Yuan. She completed an examination for me in February 2026. Despite making multiple requests for consultation about the appointment she completed a review missing most of the pertinent information. I believe she should be kept from providing any care for Vetrans and I would be skeptical if when scheduling an appointment with her or this clinic. I base this opinion on my own experience with her. If she does continue to provide care to Vetrans, I hope that she takes the time and care required to provide quality care. In my experience she is damaging to Vets. *** I tried reaching out to this clinic via telephone and the whole loop simply disconnects. My mom is a new patient here and she sees Dr. Cleveland. The receptionist Merzedes has been great to us when scheduling her appointments. She has seen nurse Tsedey and she is always sweet and gentle. The concierge Vito and Ryan were helpful and polite. This place has been great with medication refills, check ups, doctor letters and being up to date with my mom’s medical records. Her health is very complicated, but once Dr. Cleveland and his staff came in the picture, things have been much easier. I strongly recommend this primary care practice.

This is my first time at tru Primary & Urgent Care and I was so impressed with the caring, support and encouragement I received from Christine Ibarguen and all the staff in the premises. The actual offices were very clean and well equiped. I give them 5 stars, I received excellent care.

The receptionist Mercedes is very helpful and very friendly. Nurses Tora and Sedey and Valeria are friendly,welcoming and joyful when I come see them. Very attentive. NP Christine is very professional. She is very attentive and caring and trustworthy. Dr Cleveland is also the best Doctor in the area. He is respectful and takes care of his patients with empathy and patience. Thank you truhealth!

I am very pleased with my experience with Trü Primary and Urgent Care in Sterling Virginia. The professionals at this location, specifically Dr. Cleveland and Nurse Seday, were very knowledgeable, capable and reassuring in providing the healthcare services that I needed. And the entire process was very thorough and efficient.
