I’m a USC student and I come here every year for my contact lenses. Dr. Cheung and his team are pros and they will take amazing care of you. Insurance, fitting, eye health…they’ve got it covered. Trojan Eye Center is an institution. Thanks Dr. Cheung!
As someone who values great vision care, I can wholeheartedly recommend Trojan Eye Center. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the pristine office environment. The eye exams here are incredibly thorough, using all the latest equipment to carefully evaluate my vision needs. Alan and the excellent staff gave me their full, individualized attention throughout the entire process. After the exam, I had the opportunity to browse their large selection of designer frame brands to find the perfect new eyeglasses for my style and prescription. The staff provided helpful guidance to ensure an ideal fit. It was easy to work with them, and they had my best interest in mind. What I appreciate most is the exceptional service and convenience they provide. With ample parking right on site, m
They are nice & sweet until the moment you have paid for your glasses and have them in your possession. The operating hours change with no notice, follow up is non existent and after a 4 hour drive from Vegas I was told the nearest restroom was 2 miles away when I’ve used the restroom here for previous appointments, the optometrist hisself is amazing but the female staff that he has to assist with glasses suggestions and pricing are horrible & should consider a new career The same way I’ve considered finding a new optometrist after this unpleasant experience after my three years of being a customer.
Dr. Alan Cheung and his employees really helped and I am super satisfied with their service. I will definitely come back and I loved the environment which was very welcoming. They did their job efficiently, on time, and offered great prices. They are my go to eye center for any issues and concerns I have with my eyes. THANK YOU!!!
The office charged me for follow up exam after an issue switching from glasses to contacts. Waited two months to see if my eyes would adjust after consistently experiencing blurry vision. Was told that the policy is 30 days. Because this took place during the holidays and with their inconvenient and limited hours, I was told I’d have to pay $60 once again, the charge of my original co-pay. For my next eye exam, I will seek an optometrists that cares for their patients health and has the integrity to correct issues without ripping off patients.
