I have been going to this practice for many years and absolutely love Ashley Lehman! She is the kindest, most professional provider I have ever seen. She truly cares about you, listens so well, very thorough and treats you with the utmost respect. So easy to talk to which eases going to the doctor. I actually look forward to going to see her. She will work hard to help you and figure out what is going on with your health. My family all sees her including my parents and my kids. I think she is the best provider in the office! Highly recommend!

Tri Valley, Quakertown specifically, is a horrendous excuse for a group of primary care physicians. I have had numerous poor experiences with them. Most recently, I had bloodwork done and the results came back completely fine with the exception of one thing. Upon getting the results, I had no call from the doctor, Dr. Chiarelli. Apparently a message was sent in the portal which I received no notification of and the receptionist even confirmed that no one ever sees them or gets notified. Even though one thing on my bloodwork was out of the expected range, the doctor wrote that everything looked good. When I called asking for the doctor to give me a call, they said I had to come in for an appointment... an appointment that will cost me at least $30 for a likely 10 minute conversation with a

Been with this place for 5 years or more and all I can say is don’t go here and find a professional actually caring practice. Never got a call back regarding medicine or my appointment from the nurse. When I did call they said they were dismissing me from the practice over something that was a confusion on my part that they didn’t care to talk to me about or do their job to call me. All I wanted to do is see if I could get the medication like I did before from calling and they didn’t care to communicate anything after just decided to dismiss me. I have been nothing but respectful and always called to reschedule or communicate with them. The manager said I had too many no call no shows which is a lie I only had 1. I have been going here for many years and have had wonderful experiences with the doctors and nurses, but there's a few front office staff that are rude. They called to cancel an hour before my appointment (when I was already on my way) and then acted like I was the inconvenience. When I couldn't get another appointment for a few weeks out, I decided I was done and resolved to find another office. I don't want to leave, but this was the last straw for me.

I was lookong for a new PCP and thought this place sounded nice. Boy was I wrong! The staff are so rude and instead of helping me understand the paperwork process, they badgered me for not knowing. They display zero professionalism and treat new patients terrible. I will not be going here and I recommend everyone to avoid this place like a plague!
