TriValley Primary Care - North Willow Grove

I am shocked at some of the reviews that i've read about this office. I had a doctor at a previous Drs. OFFICE in Horsham that was very rude and seemed to be rushing me to get out the door every time I visited. I have been seeing doctor Phillips and he is one of the best doctors and actually cares about his patients. He remembers things that I tell him and asks how things are going and always follows up on the priority issues. They even call when I have left the hospital to see how I am. The staff has always been nice and friendly to me. I would recommend this Doctors Office and Dr. Gordon Philips.

My family and I have been this using office for over 30 years. Every person involved in the operation has been consistently excellent. There have been many challenging medical times and the response, care, concern, and follow up/through always is top notch. We would never just settle on our medical care.

Tri Valley WG understands how to treat a patient and make them feel valued and cared for. Dr Gordon Phillips really knows his stuff and approaches topics with both truthfulness and thoughtfulnesss. He has a cool personality and is fun to talk to, but also tells you what he needs to and gives great medical advice. The nursing staff is very friendly. The people at the front desk and over the phone are kind and considerate. They also accept almost any insurance. I had this really messed up insurance and they accepted it, so that’s why I first came here (also proximity to my previous job). Now I have a more legit insurance and still choose to come here. This place is legit!

I have been a patient of this practice since I was a child, and before seeing Dr. Yaena Park, I was under the care of Dr. Desiree, who I absolutely adored. Unfortunately, within the last year, I was switched to Dr. Park’s patient list, and since then, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From my very first visit, I noticed a stark difference in bedside manner—Dr. Park has consistently been cold, dismissive, and at times, outright mean. She does not take the time to answer questions, and instead of providing thoughtful guidance, she speaks down about medications I have been on for years, making me feel guilty for following treatment plans that have worked for me. Additionally, I have had two separate instances where I required a doctor's note for legitimate health concer

Lori Hughes is great! My first time seeing her at this office. I arrived at 4:30 for my appointment, checked in and 5 minutes later, I was brought back to see the doctor. She was on time and was super nice and pleasant. She answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I recommend seeing Lori Hughes. She is great!
