My girlfriend and I and trying to get a referral for our insurance to schedule a appointment with another place but tri valley made 2 mistakes with the referral so we had to prolong the appointment for another week and when we called to ask how long a correction would take we were met with short and brief attitude as if we were the ones making mistakes. It’s ridiculous. Our appointment is for our baby.

My PCP retired and have now been a patient of TriValley for about a year. Their billing department is just plain ignorant. They can’t get the billing right! I gave them my primary and secondary insurance and no matter how many times I correct them they continue to bill backwards or one but not the other. Now my insurance groups are confused and who gets stuck trying to fix this mess? I do! How many more times till I give up and change doctors? Just dumb

the doctors seem to be good but some of the staff will lie to you even thou everything these days are digital and recorded.

Very accommodating when I need appointment soon.
