Having a nearly 2 decade background in nursing with a focus on customer service I have to give this crew a 5 star review. From admission to Tamara, RN, Dr. Travis, Dr. Lei and Skyler in radiology. The service is without a doubt the best I have received in an emergency situation. Keep up the exceptional work. I am much obliged for your support, promptness and patience when needed. Optimal service indeed.

Incredible treatment and care here. I came here for a rather urgent issue and one of the RNs, Tamara, wasted absolutely no time getting me in a room and getting vitals, I didn’t wait in a waiting room at all I was immediately put into an exam room. She was moving so fast but still making very sure everything was done well and that I was calm and comfortable. Dr Hasty and Dr Binondo both were great as well helped keep me calm and explained things to me pretty well. Could not recommend this staff more, excellent group of people.

Hi! My name is Kelly- I wanted to give a huge shout out to Tamarah and Shaun- both nurses of mine that day. Being on the other end of things as a Healthcare worker myself can always be scary, especially since I rarely step foot into a doctors office. The bedside manner that these two portrayed was outstanding! Shaun was kind and gentle and Tamarah just needs to have her own stand up comedy show at this point. It’s also very clear to me that they work very well together. They were attentive- Got me in and out and by far the best ER I have ever been in, as an employee and patient. Let’s not forget, Skylar In radiology, who took me back for my CT. He was great also! This seems like a really great team!

Absolutely the best! Cleanliness, concerned, and caring! Dr. Lei and nurses Shaun and Tamarah were wonderful!! As well as personally at front desk, radiology and setting up breathing treatment! I felt very taken care of and will let everyone know!!

I just want to give a huge thank you and shout out to Tamera the RN !!!!!!! One of the best !!!!!! She handled me with care and I felt way better after getting discharged and comfortable. Thank you for putting yourself on the front line. We greatly appreciate your service and May God bless you and keep you safe.
