The best massage therapy I’ve received and have been going for maintenance to help keep me moving through CrossFit/gym! I always identify certain areas that may need help and Alanna gets right to work. I feel 10x better after treatments and her technique and knowledge are superb. I look forward to my appointments and always leave feeling relaxed. Would recommend to anyone!

Peaceful and relaxing setting. Alanna is knowledgeable in her feild. Her deep tissue work has helped alot with the nerve pain i get in my arm from time to time. I enjoy the sauna as well
