They are very empathetic and confidential with each person that comes into this establishment, the telephone etiquette is just as pleasing. I don’t know what is going on but this place for the second time has sent this to my new home addressed to me. Call the number to this pharmacy and there’s no answer. Voicemail. I don’t know what type of scam is going on here but they claim in the letter our information is given by the insurance company. Trash is where this is going. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!! 🚩

I've been living in my home for 7 yrs all of a sudden in Aug 14th 2025 I get somebody's medicine in the mail. I have no clue who this person is. I decided to look up the pharmacy on maps and call to let them know well nobody is answering the phone I've attempted multiple times to reach someone all I get is ringing and the mail box is full

I went to Triple Alliance this morning in Brentwood and I had to ask if they had a prescription for me and the lady took a minute trying to find it so she had to fill it. My doctor called the order in 10 1124 today is 10 2424 and then she got mad with me because I asked her why you all don’t call and let people know that their order is ready, I told her I was gonna find another pharmacy and she told me you do that ma’am, in a little nasty voice so I I’m done with them this is not the first time then they don’t open up on time like they supposed to so those of you giving them a four-star something they must be treating you good they didn’t treat me good and I haven’t even been with them that long. Had to give a star in order to do the review, so they don’t even deserve one star from me.

I received someone else's medication in the mail so I called the pharmacy to report it. The guy was so adamant about being correct that he never looked into it at. In fact he advised I open the package that is addressed to someone else! Stated if I was so concerned give it back to the post man. I'll do one better and hand deliver it to your supervisor and report the company to Medicaid. That's a violation of HIPPA and the law. Quite frankly pending the right investigation it's grounds for you to lose your credentials sir! Treat the elderly better, of the medication is coming to me how is the patient getting it?
