Trinity St. Clairsville Neighborhood Hospital

This is the worst emergency room I have ever been to … To me it seems like they care about a certain type of race over any other race and people if you aren’t a certain race you get treated like dirt. I had a real emergency and revived no actually help was rushed to get out of the emergency room even though I had just gotten into a serve crash and felt like I broke a couple ribs and my skull . I would give this emergency room a 0 stars. Very unemotional to my situation and have video recordings to prove my case of how poorly I was getting treated just because of my skin color sad …

I had a medical emergency this past Saturday night. The level of professionalism and contact was amazingly outstanding. Wonderful staff. I highly recommend this hospital especially in the excellent handling of my emergency. Good to have them in St Clairsville.

We were the only patients there for about 25 minutes and then we waited 2 1/2 hours for results. We then called for a nurse to ask what we were specifically waiting on and her response was very rude and as she left she proceeded to aggressively close the curtain. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! ALSO my boyfriend had gone to the bathroom and a nurse with the registration cart swerved and veered towards my boyfriend almost hitting him and did not say a word to him.

Never have I waited long for any services. The doctors and nurses are all very understanding. The facility is very nice and there are always multiple people up front to help, including a security guard. The nurses are truly top notch! I am so grateful for this new hospital.

10/1/2025 My husband, unfortunately needed to go to an emergency room. We decided to try the emergency room closest to us, which is the new Saint Clairsville Hospital. We normally go to Cleveland Cinic but it was just too far away for what he needed this time. Everyone from the front desk and Security to the staff and doctors was absolutely wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was very attentive, very knowledgeable and very kind. The facility was very refreshing and clean. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
