First off very nice aesthetics looks kid friendly until once we checked in our children they don’t state what we are here for. They don’t remind you of service like if it’s a periodic or treatment nothing just check in, pay for a mask (smh oh if yu don’t pay they deny your service til yu can or bring your own mask lol ). My Niece has (F12) Autism a they denied my Sister to go to back with her a she explaining she’s not goin act right for them ; Still it was a No . Very uninformative just check in , sit down, call your kid to back type environment . Yes I work in dental field as well so i know they definitely shouldn’t but they do run their business as such . I’m going to get my nieces switched to SUCCESSFUL SMILES black owned as well a very transparent with parents .

This doctor's office is full of crap. I switched to this doctor's office due to for one being blacked owned 2 because my daughter wanted a female doctor I take off work due to my kids having a dentist and doctor's appointment in the same day. We get here and was told their appointment was canceled due to not confirming mind you i confirmed via EMAIL this was definitely a mistake to get my kids switched here..they are rude and all and doesn't accommodate in no way possible.

Ms. Aisha was excellent and speedy with getting me and my child situated and made sure to greet us with a genuine smile. Amazing women to have be the first person to talk to when going into the office. Very refreshing.

Our visit was fast and quick. The nurses had great customer service and the lady upfront was extremely helpful. They charged us $10 for three mask in 2024 . Only red flag

Just wanted to express how delightful the receptionist was when checking my son in. She went above and beyond to get my son seen and most provides turn you around. I think her name was Alisha but thanks again!
