Overall my experience is a 10/10. The young lady at the front desk is amazingly kind and efficient. I scheduled an appointment that worked well for my schedule (7:30 AM so I could get in before work hours) and did not at all feel rushed. The nurse practitioner that I saw, William Skinicki, was very professional and down to earth. He not only listened to all of my concerns but was patient and put me at ease. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new primary doctor.

Having a horrible experience with this company, particularly prior authorizations. Don’t know who to believe bc everyone seems to be lying. I need a simple authorization sent back to my insurance who has approved the medication, and have left a message on Trinity’s answering line requesting it. It just rings and nobody picks up. Such a ball drop when I actually had a decent experience with staff. Such a disappointment.

The ladies at the front desk are very kind, informative and helpful. My experience with Dr. Skibicki was great. He allowed time for questions, concerns and was very patient. I have had a pleasant experience at all the Trinity Medical locations.

Jennifer Burris is to be avoided. She berated, reprimanded me, got very aggressive, refused to answer medical questions and ultimately made me cry and feel shame for asking to refill a low dose anxiety medication. Ms. Burris has zero bedside manner. To stigmatize a patient who asked to refill meds is deplorable behavior. Avoid her! I was in tears and she would not answer why she didn’t like the meds I was on and previously prescribed. This is a business for big pharmaceutical companies not caring about the patients. Horrible experience. I’ll never go back.

I see teresa cohan on woodmill in wilmington and i just love her. She is really knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She takes her time with me and is very calm and sweet. She is always looking to make sure im doing what im suppose to and she wants whats best for me. Its hard finding someone who cares about you and your health.
