Trinity Medical Arts Building

I had knee surgery this morning, and it's so clean and friendly. The staff went above and beyond, and they were great! I had a nurse named Misty she was damn amazing! Funny as hell, and on point. She didn't miss a beat! I loved her!

On July 3, 2017, five days after breaking my wrist/forearm bone, Husband drove me here for day surgery. Dr. Donovan operated on my wrist here, at Trinity Medical Arts Building, in the early morning hours. This is an exceptional facility, with caring staff who know what they are doing. From paperwork, to gown, to survey (I was not awake when Dr. Donovan put a titanium plate and 9 pins in my right wrist), I was treated with compassion and professionalism. When I was awake and coherent, I felt much better. I was in and out in record time. Kudos who helped me prepare for surgery, who assisted Dr. Donovan during surgery, and helped me after surgery so I could return home in record time. My fiancé went in for a sono gram and was treated so poorly the tech made her cry and very upset. She was rude and unprofessional. I believe the techs name was Jennifer. She needs to be taught some patient care and learn how to speak to people that may be highly emotional. Telling a 41 week pregnant woman that your baby needs to move or you’re going to the hospital is ridiculous. It’s our first time being pregnant and it’s scary. Going to see your baby should be a beautiful experience not a traumatic one. Please do better!

Was told to meet my daughter at the Trinity medical arts building Room 406... got to this building by GPS and there were only 2 floors so I went into an office to ask where I may find Room 406 , and I couldn't have found a more rude person at the window... we only have 2 floors she said ! I said I realize that, that's why I'm asking you how to get tk406 she said we don't have 4 floors I said I'm supposed to be in the medical arts building she said well they are several and we don't have 4 floors and hours with people like that you should do great business

I went in for pain n trouble breathing they ran all the normal tests sent me home crying In pain saying they found nothing well the pain is not made up and I don’t appreciate only getting Tylenol n cheap muscle relaxer with a patch for pain never mind I’m not breathing right or I can’t lift my arm and the pain running down the right side of head is causing dizziness but I’m ok right if I die they will pay
