Trinity Health Lab - Spring Lake

Staff is lovely but every time I’ve been here the computer has issues and has to be restarted. I would hope Trinity could afford decent computers. Also terribly understaffed. Looooong wait times.

Small not enough seating in the waiting area,services would be a lot faster with more than one person.

Went in around 10AM and had no problems. Lady was nice too. Fast and simple. No pain blood draw. Professional and fast results as well.

Avoid this location at all cost! I arrived at 7:10 am with four people ahead of me and I had to leave the office at 8:30 AM without my labs done. There is one person manning this lab and she has no urgency as she checks people in, completes paperwork at a snails pace, and draws labs.

I hope that office is under construction bc it's the most bare, uninspiring space I've been in! There was one employee. She registered us and drew samples, both. Not terribly friendly, and clearly overwhelmed. The whole time I was there I wished I had just gone to the lab at the hospital which runs like a well-oiled machine.
