I literally just called to make an appointment for a cleaning and got hung up on. The lady (receptionist I’m assuming) that answered asked what insurance I have, I said I wasn’t sure and she just hung up as I was asking about out of pocket cost. So rude and unprofessional. I’m so shocked, I’ve never been treated like that by healthcare professionals.

Once again I experienced a dental emergency! I cracked off a portion of my crown on my mollars. And like the emergency room at the hospital they wasted no time in squeezing me into their schedule and I have to say they treat you like family and work their magic to correct the problem! 😁 They will be my dentist for life! 😁

Going to the dentist isn't very pleasant; to sit down in the dental chair and to see a sign about oral cancer makes the experience worse. My insurance quit covering my old dentist ( that I've been seeing for the past 12 years), so I changed dentist. I felt like this dentist and his assistant were using scare tactics to make more money.

This was my first visit with this office, nice office and well kept. Although they are very money hungry. My insurance covered this office, and covered a cleaning 100%. After my one xray I was quoted $250 for a deep clean, or $100 for a gum cleaning and medicine for pocket issue...was told these were my only options, and told I had a mouth of cavities. After 40 years of cavity free this was alarming. I drove 45 minutes out of my way, for a second opinion to be told deep clean not necessary at all, and not a cavity in sight. This place is a rip off and god knows what they would have done to my "so called and non existant cavities". Beware this place is a scam and a half!!!

Trinity Dental Care is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I always had a fear of dentists because others don't care if you feel pain but Azita is extremely gentle with teeth cleaning and cares about your pain tolerance. I'm usually in and out quickly for my usual teeth cleaning and they are always super friendly with a nice clean office. Will definitely keep returning.
