Trinidad Family Care Clinic

I am the companion of seven years to a man who uses Debbie Kelly. He trust her when he trust no one else. She is always responsive to his needs. She keeps his blood work done regularly. She insists to him that he makes appointments for outside health screenings that she does not provide.. appears to be very thorough in her assessments. He is a difficult man to manage to say he’s like most men. His health is not always his first concern and her assistant Dee always make sure he’s seen when he needs to be and makes him comfortable and confident in his healthcare and a way nobody else does. for him.

I was told that unless I had all my blood work redone I could not be accepted as a patient. I had my annual physical on March 31st 2022 and visited the Clinic in June. Ms. Kelly told me the clinic could not stay in business unless I paid the fees again. Talk about feeling held captive!! Ms Kelly was very unprofessional and was not interested in my health concerns. It appears that the clinic is on it's last leg because they NEVER answer the phone! I have driven there several times to provide documentation and payment and there has never been anyone there. No cars at all! I wanted it to work out because I wanted to support my community but that was never a possibility because she doesn't care. Covid precautions are amazing! First person you meet is the frount lady nurse she is so nice and sweet! Very lovely lady. The doctor actually listens to your concerns and is very knowledgeable. Doctor doesn't force things on you very nice lady. I only feel comfortable going here at these times were in. Amazing service.

always takes the time I need. nurse is exceptional. they both are as friendly as I've ever had. thank you both for all you do for this little community
