Most of the staff has trouble keeping the rules consistent, some times visitors signed in, sometimes not. The first time I had to lock up all metal objects and the next time I kept my belt. While visiting, I never saw any other patients, like they were locked away to prevent visitors from seeing them. My family member felt terrorized by the staff at night, they would play music loud at the desk and talk and laugh loudly. There is no water available to patients except in the restroom sink. There is no sink in the dining room. They stopped medications at admitting that should have been weaned down to avoid severe withdrawal symptoms. Phil was very nice to my family member one of the head nurses but there is abuse that goes on in this place my family member witnessed staff spit in a patient's face and break a patient's arm they also stripped my family member of medication that needed to be weined back if taken off could have caused a heart attack not a good place to be defiantly some wrong things going on here

My son has experienced significant trauma. Thankfully, Trillium Behavioral provided a supportive environment where he could begin to process his experiences and address the resulting behavioral challenges. He shared that the staff treated him with kindness and were genuinely helpful. Since his time there, he appears more optimistic and driven toward positive change.

Do not send your loved ones there. New facility and Corey the Social Worker does not know what she is doing. My brother was inpatient for 28 days basically took his insurance, discharged him and he is much worse.

I was a patient there for 5 days! Went from Flint for feeling suicidal. They didn’t change any of my meds only offered trazodone that I told them ahead of time the drug caused me horrible nightmares and it did this time too! EVERYTIME I was there when the nurse was getting my meds, everytime except 1 the nurse made a mistake with the dosage! It wasn’t the nurses fault! It was the Complicated Computer Program they were using! They showed it to me not knowing I’m a former Pharmacy Certified Technician! SOMEONE IS GOING TO DIE or get hurt IF THEY DONT CHANGE THEIR COMPUTER PROGRAM! I advised them that someone was going to get killed if something doesn’t change! They told me it was a new hospital and they were getting all the kinks out! ALL THE FOOD WAS OLD! NOT JUST PAST THE BEST BUY DATE
