TriHealth White Oak Family Practice

Thankful I found this place after my last dr let me down majorly. Dr Reilly listens to everything I have to say and is very compassionate and proactive in helping me. Front desk is nice and it’s easy to communicate with them all. Highly recommend

I am ever-so-grateful for the incredible care I received from Dr. Mount. She helped me immensely with the loss of my husband, and helped me to learn to love and be kind to myself. She taught me various strategies to deal with several unpleasant life situations as well. I highly recommend Dr. Mount, and I know that should I have any future issues, she stands ready to assist me.

I've been seeing Dr. Patrick Reilly since late last year and since the start, he's been attentive and involved in my plan of care. I had a few issues with a medication and he laid out all of the options, as well as other routes we could take. Along with Dr. Reilly being a great primary care doctor, the administrative, nursing and lab staff have always been nothing short of wonderful to me. I highly recommend the practice.

I think this Office does a great job. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Brown’s for six or seven years and have never had any issues. They always make me feel welcome and always have an appointment when I need one. Not only am I a patient, but I have now recommended my adult son and he’s a patient. Five stars !

I called to make a new patient appointment and was told none of their doctors was seeing new patients despite the TriHealth website listing them as available. They then hung up on me. I called a different TriHealth office and they were able to make me an appointment at a 3rd location so I'm not sure what the problem with this office was and why they were unwilling to help me and falsely advertising their availability.
