TriHealth Queen City Physicians - University Station

The office staff and nurses are amazing here. Dr. Stephens, however, I would like to ask you to please remember your "why" when you became a doctor. You saw me today and didn't even see a human being sitting in your chair. Update: a week later and still haven't heard back from TriHealths PR.

I can't express how frustrated I am about this experience. Didn't want to write a negative public review but can't hold it off anymore. (1) scheduled for an annual physical and received a bill with a positive balance when it is supposed to be 100% covered by insurance. Called customer service and was informed that I need to contact my insurance by myself because I was the one who had questions about the bill NOT THEM. So I was put on responsible because you guys didn't communicate well? Why? Was waiting on doing the post call survey as directed but was hung up by the rude customer service before doing so. I've been with Dr. Cleves and his wonderful co-workers for over 25 years. I have never had a bad experience, not even once. I'm treated with respect by everyone I come into contact with here. I'm treated like my health matters! And I would never go anywhere else. You can't put a price on feeling like you matter and piece of mind.

When trying to obtain patient records, they were completely unwilling to do anything to assist me with that. I submitted the TriHealth form but after that I never received my medical records. I was told they could not track it once they sent the request to THEIR document provider company. THEIR document provider said they never received. The doctor Marinda Benjamin's nurse, Angela, treated me as if I was stupid when I walked in to get answers and was not helpful at all.

While I was there, I had a great experience with the nurses. However, I overheard (maybe a supervisor or manager) down-talking (very condescending and seemingly power hungry) one of the staff there. It was VERY unprofessional. She was a large African American lady and she seemed to not care about what the staff was saying. I'm not sure if she is a nurse or doctor or anything, but if I was a nurse working there, she would definitely make me not want to stay. The doctor (a male in his late 30's I believe) was nice; last name Buck maybe or something. The only reason for the two stars is that lady that was talking to employees as if it was a privilege for them to work there.
