TriHealth Priority Care - Glenway

The way the front desk receptionist (Patricia) treats patients deserves much recognition. She is so kind and caring. She is very observant and picks up on the needs of the patients without anything being said. Every priority care location needs someone like her.

I want to take a moment to commend the staff who worked on Monday, September 1, 2025. The care I received was nothing short of exceptional. The entire team—from the front desk to the nurse's assistant and my provider, Sandy Drake—was patient, friendly, and personable, making a busy Labor Day morning feel calm and welcoming. Their wonderful attitudes and professionalism made this one of the best healthcare experiences I have ever had. Please share my heartfelt thanks with the entire staff for their incredible work.

This use to be my go to place until they lost one of my lab test. Refuse to admit to losing it when I question I didn’t get any results. They even went to the trouble to tell me I never took the test. Even thought I purposely went in for it. I called and try to talk to a supervisor or district. I have no problem with the medical care I received. My problem is the lady, Susan, that brought me to the back. As a solo parent of 4 while my husband is deployed I don't have the luxury of leaving my kids at home. I only had my younger 2 with me that day but my 3 year old was behaving like a 3 year old. He was whining about going to the back because he wanted to watch the fish tank. Susan very grumpily told him to be quiet. I realize it's not a pediatrician's office but I was extremely put off with the way she spoke to him. She didn't even give me time to do anything about him. I don't think I made a face but maybe I did or someone else in the office did because then she was offering him a book. Too little too late. I have been a critical care nurse for 7 years and I have never seen such unprofessional and condescending behavior from a care provider as I witnessed with Ciara A Staunton, the CNP at this location. My husband was having persistent coughing and chest pain that was not improving after weeks and felt he needed to be seen. Ciara was rude, she cut him and myself off mid-sentence multiple times, and spoke down to us as if we were children who knew nothing and were wasting her time by seeking care. I'm honestly still angry any time I think of the whole experience. I would go to every single other care location in Cincinnati before ever stepping foot through these doors again.
