TriHealth Priority Care - Anderson

The doctor seemed concerned and very personable. However, I know l looked horrible. In my notes, it states I didn't appear ill. The assistant asked if I wanted to be tested for anything. I told her I thought the doctor would determine that. The doctor stated she thought I had a sinus infection. I replied that I've had several of those and never felt anything like I what I was feeling now. I gave her a long list of symptoms that I was having. I was given antibiotics with a note to go back to work in 3 days. Feeling like I almost needed to go to the hospital, I made another appointment with my regular doctors office the next day. I informed them of my symptoms. I was tested for flu, covid and rsv. I have covid.

Second time I have made an appointment and left without being seen. Do not go here. They do not care if people are sick. The first time I was too sick. If I was so sick why was I allowed to drive away? This time my son left his ID at home, but had a picture. I let them know I would go get it while he was being seen as the last thing I wanted to do was put someone who has been nauseous and vomiting back into the car for another 30 min and add to the wait time. I could not find where it said ID was needed anywhere on their website let alone it could not be a digital copy. I understand fraud concerns....but his address is the same on my license because he still lives at home. AND I offered to go get it; we were just unwilling to delay being seen for no reason. Horrible experience, after waiting an hour and being ignored by the lady at the front desk I had to leave. 6 people came in both walk in an online check ins that were taken back within 5 minutes. I asked for help since I was unable to check in on the tablet and was just told my names on there and to wait, but never even got registered or checked in.

I brought my special-needs son in, and Sherry did a great job cleaning out the hardened wax in my son's ears. His family doctor couldn't seem to get it out, but Sherry was persistent in getting it out. She was kind, extremely patient, and persistent in getting this difficult job done - thank you so much! Dr. Shupert then examined my son, and he reassured us that my son's ear drums were fine now that he could see them. He also answered several other questions that I had about my son's other issues, and he answered each question with thoughtfulness and medical expertise that really helped us. Dr. Shupert and Sherry are the best - thank you so much!!
