TriHealth Pediatrics - Finneytown

I called into the after hours line at 1am. The person I spoke with was so nice and caring, sent messages to the on-call doctor for them to see when they got in at 8am so we could get zofran called in for our child. I called in at 9:20am for a follow up to make sure they called it in so we could get our daughter relief after vomiting every hour from 11:30-now. I was told they wouldn't call it in and we had to bring our daughter to be evaluated in person. Usually, once a year when novorious hits our house, we are able to get relief and manage symptoms this way. Its the only way we've found works. I am not going to put a 7 year old with diarrhea and vomiting into a car and drive 45 min round trip and expose more people. This is not a pain medication. This is not an antibiotic. Its simply a m

My kids have been coming here since birth (since 2015) and I absolutely love the pediatric doctors. I highly recommend this office. The staff truly care about my kids. The place is centrally located, very clean, and beautiful overall.

I took my daughter in for her annual Wellness visit and came out with an office visit attached on to her visit. Not only that no seems to be alarmed or alerted. Like how can I be in two visits at one time and I did not schedule an office visit. The doctor is saying what we discussed in the visit so anbual health check ups are to be silent visits and we do not discuss the wealness factors of the child. How are you adding a visit on to a wellness check and just add it like it is ok when I brought my child in for a wellness check. You are not just charging my insurance but you caused me to an unexpected co-pay fee. I’ve been taking all 3 of my boys to Dr. Bruns for years and he is the absolute best! He is not pushy, he gives you all the info so you can make the right decision for you and your children. He is professional and compassionate. My kids adore him and I recommend him to everyone. As far as the new office, we really miss the fish tank. Come on, TriHealth!

We have taken our son to trihealth pediatrics since he was born in 2021. The new office location is about 10 minutes down the road but it is beautiful. Clean, tons of parking, easy to navigate. We've had great experiences with all the doctors we've seen at the practice and are happy to bring our new daughter there too!
