My mom (who has a disease in both of her feet) went in yesterday after waiting for a month to get in. When she booked the appointment she was told the dr could check both her feet and knees. When she came in the employees had her in tears because the dr does not specialize in feet. She was told upon arrival that the dr did specialize in feet. So instead of being kind about the confusion that the tri health receptionist made, the nurses/aides were nasty to her, but luckily the doctor still saw her. Long story short, if you don’t have compassion for the pain people go through GET OUT OF THE MEDICAL FIELD. This facility has great doctors, but some terrible aides.

I'm giving Dr Borden 1 star. He does not care about his patients or how much pain they are in. He will schedule a surgery, expect you to get a ride due to you won't be able to drive yourself, and after you get everything in order, he will reschedule your surgery just because he has something personal that is not an emergency and could wait. Not thinking about you, the pain you're in, or the person you have scheduled to drive you, who took off work to do so. I highly recommend you seek another Dr. Avoid Dr. Borden at all costs. He does not care, and should resign from his profession.

I should’ve read the reviews before going. I got a cortisone shot and tried to follow up to receive hand therapy. Got the run around. No one answered their phones. No one answer’s my emails. Go somewhere else.

Dismisive doctors. Don't waste your time going here they won't help you.
