You can’t call the pots clinic directly , I called to reschedule my appointment , they said they’d call back between 24-48 hours , never got a call back . I’m 8 months pregnant and suppose to see him during my pregnancy . I was sick and throwing up so I tried to rescheduled . When I called once again today , the nurse Julie refused to schedule me before September bc I didn’t go to my last appointment even tho I live over an hour away and didn’t want to get anyone sick .

The staff was rude and unprofessional. I have terminted by rrealtionship with the TriHealth Heary Institurte ~ Good Samaritan Campus. This is not a reflection in Dr. Gazi. However, the staff needs to be respectful and listen, and they need to improve their communication skills. There are other doctors in town.

I had an appointment with Dr Regina Kayse ( Heart Institute), I was late for 2 minutes .. I would assume it should be at least 10 minutes. The staff were rude and unprofessional.
