Trident Heart and Vascular

The staff is well versed, professional and very friendly. The doctor has taken care of me and my husband and is versed in Ehlers Danlohs Syndrom. He did not "overtest" either one of us and performed a procedure on my husband through the wrist, instead of the groin, making his healing faster and less painful. He has a very personable demeanor and explains everything in a way I can understand. If we have questions, he answers them. I am very pleased with this doctor.

Extremely positive. The receptionist who checked me in was the most pleasant person I've met for awhile. Pleasant and efficient. Waiting time was short. The tech who did my EKG was very pleasant and professional and put me right at ease. And then Dr. Chandra came in with the same positivity, lots of energy. He really listened to me and completely explained what he was suspecting. Tests were scheduled before I left the office -no waiting for a call back! Highest recommendation!👍

Dr Chandra (as he introduced himself) is a cardiologist that I can trust. He explained everything in detail, and took all my previous history into consideration, showing me the evidence behind his conclusions in my own chart. Very rare, and much appreciated. His manner is kind and compassionate. His office and nursing staff are incredibly nice. You leave with a smile. Can't recommend Trident Heart and Vascular highly enough.

Professional and courteous staff who have always been polite and helpful. Dr. Chandraprakasam has gotten me through the most difficult experience, and he has kept me informed throughout the process. He truly partners with his patients. I am very pleased with both Dr. Chandraprakasam and his staff, and I recommend them wholeheartedly - pun intended.

4 and a half hours for a stress test and still waiting to finish. Five hours by the time I’m done? There’s not a restroom in the hall and when I asked about one, they wouldn’t even let me use theirs. They told me I had to ride the elevator somewhere, I rolled my eyes, quit listening and walked away. This experience is like when the restaurant serves multiple customers who ordered long after your own table. Lots of people got here after me, but the only person left besides me is the guy who got here right before. This is a stress test alright, my anger and stress are extremely elevated. This has been the worst experience and it requires a great amount of reform so no one has to experience this again. 20 minutes of actual testing/treating and over 4 hours of sitting and waiting. The worst!!
