Trident Dermatology

I had a 2:00 appointment with Destiney and arrived about 3 minutes early. I had pre-registered, but I had an updated insurance card that needed to be scanned in. The lady at the check-in desk took care of scanning it quickly and told me to have a seat in the waiting room. I sat down, took out my phone and had just turned it on when my name was called! WOW! Went in to the exam room right on time and went over current meds, etc. After being left alone, I removed the necessary clothes and prepared for my yearly exam. Destiney came in as soon as I sat on the exam table and talked with me, asking if I had any new concerns that she needed to pay special attention to. I pointed out several questionable spots that I had noticed since last year and she proceeded to check them out, freezing the ones

Great experience for a visit that isn’t always under pleasant circumstances. Dr “ don’t mess with the” Drohan was great! He was very attentive and unhurried. I felt at ease and comfortable for a full body exam, having been diagnosed with melanoma in 2014. I thought he was thorough and thoughtful and I would recommend him whole heartedly!

Dr. Butler and his staff are the best! The exam was thorough and everyone was so courteous and professional. I was in and out in record time, yet they still took the time to address all of my needs and answer my questions. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!

I arrived about 10 minutes early. Was taken back quickly. The doctor came in, examined me, head to foot, and I was actually walking out the door about seven minutes after my initial appointment time. The office staff runs very efficiently and they don’t waste the patient’s time. I highly recommend Trident Dermatology.

My experience at Trident Dermatology was great. Everyone was pleasant and very welcoming. Reception was easy and quick and the wait time was minimal. Britney and Dr. Duff were both extremely warm and engaging. They made me feel completely at ease and handled my questions with patience and clarity. I was very comfortable during the exam and procedures; highly recommend this team.
