Not every thing went as planned on our family get away. Thankfully, we were able to get an urgent care appointment with Sarah Mitchell. She completed the assessment and tests, identified the pathogen and treatment, made recommendations to finish the trip safely. Prescriptions were called in to a nearby local pharmacy. I appreciated the professionalism from the office staff and the kindness we were treated with. Hopefully I won't need urgent medical care the next time I visit, but I highly recommend this caring practice.

Tricity Urgent Care is one of the better medical experiences I have ever had. From the front desk through to seeing the NP, the entire experience was professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and fast! Each staff member took their time and I really felt like I was in great hands! Highly recommend!

I was in several weeks ago for abdominal pain. Ms. Guider was my nurse regarding this concern. From the moment she began helping me, she was rude and short. My concerns were never properly taken care of despite being as descriptive and patient as possible. This is a great facility, but this team member ruined my experience.

I am delighted with the exceptional service I received at this business. As a walk-in, I was prepared to wait; however , I was impressed by the staff’s management of the queue. A patient arrived after myself and the 3 people already in the waiting room. This patient anticipated being seen sooner than everyone ahead of him. The staff handled the situation with professionalism, even as the patient behaved extremely poorly and yelled at the staff. Additionally, my insurance was verified, and the details of my deductible plan were very nicely explained to me. The care in the back was also outstanding. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me with kindness. I am thoroughly pleased with my decision to visit Tricity!!

Came in a couple days ago. I was seen quickly and the staff were polite, but I was only evaluated by a family nurse practitioner and diagnosed with “just strep.” At my age (40s), strep w severe symptoms let alone strep is uncommon and adults can be carriers without symptoms, so that result didn’t explain my severe, one-sided throat and neck swelling with escalating pain. I rely on medical professionals to know these as basics. Within 24 hours I was in the hospital, where a CT showed acute tonsillitis with deep neck and airway involvement requiring IV antibiotics, steroids, and ENT evaluation. This was not routine strep — the urgent care should have recognized red flags or at least directed me to immediate follow-up. The people here are attentive and kind, but the misdiagnosis delayed cr
