Tricare Prime Clinic Chesapeake

Dr ortiz is great. Pharmacy has had issues not printing numbers for quite some time. I got text saying it was ready at 1515. They close at 1530? Guessing their system was down since few more ppl pulled up after i got there. So my issue is more of this pharmaceutical set

I just wish they didnt make you wait do long. There's times there the front desk make you feel as if its such a burden to great you. No one really ever wants to go to the doctor but then getting into this facility... well it can be even more discouraging and the security guards there act like they're guarding a prison! All of us in here have either served or currently serve, no need to act like we're hardened criminals seeking service.

Very clean, the nurses are extremely nice and did great with my kids. We were seen on a timely manner and didn’t have to wait forever in the waiting room. The doctor answered all my questions and didn’t make it feel like she was rushing to get to the next person.

Lab workers are extremely rude. Lab opens at 7, but do not start work until they deem fit. One lab worker just does what she see fits to do. They need to hold this company accountable for their workers attitudes and work behavior

There is now little consideration for people that work and cannot get there during the pharmacies hours (7AM-4PM M-F). One has no way of knowing if their prescriptions are in the automated boxes or they need to go to a window. Wouldn't 9-5 make more sense? Service has become a secondary issue. They want you to use paid delivery services, now. And they wonder why fewer people want to enlist or stay until retirement.
