Triboro Physical Therapy

I worked with the Triboro team for a few months navigating some troublesome arch and heel pain. They listened to all my concerns and with their expertise helped guide a steady recovery. An absolute pleasure working with them for my first time experiencing PT. Highly recommend to anyone in the local Astoria area!

Rodney and Phil are excellent! They really helped me to recover from my hip injury. All of the staff are so friendly and positive. Karina and Charlene at the front desk are so welcoming and helpful, I looked forward to coming to my PT sessions every week after work and alway left feeling good. I felt that they really want to help you get better, and give modifications that best fit me even outside of PT when I’m at the gym. Rodney helped me tremendously to give me different stretches and ways that I can navigate exercising safely outside of PT. Rodney is very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. This was such a great first experience in physical therapy. Will only come here. I am so greatful that we have such a great physical therapists here in Astoria.Thank you !

Hi - I had complete knee replacement surgery in July 2019. I started my Physical Therapy Rehab with Triboro in August the following month. They were absolutely fantastic. The girls - Corina & Charlene were very personable & friendly. The physical therapists Phil & Edwin were very professional & caring to my specific needs for my knee recovery. Within four months I was walking 98% better with much less pain. I would highly recommend this Rehab. If you are willing to do the work (remember no pain-no gain) for your recovery then this is the place to go. After two weeks I felt totally better and I also felt like family. The staff is very warm, caring, professional & friendly. My #1 Rehab. Sincerely.

Because I have a degenerative form of arthritis, I have been in physical therapy A LOT of the last 15+ years. Without a doubt Triboro Physical therapy is the best therapy facility I’ve ever been to. Since they've been open, I've received care for several conditions with them. Most recently, I've been getting treatment for plantar fasciitis, which has gotten so much better since they've been working with me! Most importantly, Phil and Rodney are both really experienced, innovative and compassionate. You’re not going to find better therapists than them! The rest of the staff are friendly, helpful and on top of things. And of course, the office is clean and modern. I totally recommend Triboro Physical Therapy for anyone looking for a great physical therapy experience.

This is the first review I've ever written. I'm not one to write reviews but Triboro Physical Therapy is such a rare and exceptional place that I had to write them a review. I've been there probably 20 times for back pain. Rodney is an awesome therapist who really cares about his patients. He's very good at what he does, and very knowledgeable about the human body. He has a big heart and you will feel really cared for. I couldn't recommend Triboro PT more.
