Triad Choice Pharmacy

Excellence! That's the word that comes to mind when I think of Triad Choice Pharmacy. I am not exaggerating when I say this independently owned local pharmacy is excellent in every way. My mother has used this pharmacy since it opened in 2014 and they have been awesome at ensuring that all of her needs are met. Pharmacists Tony and Miss Joe run a tight ship to make sure customers have what they need when they need it. Rwan and all the other team members are great at customer service. I really appreciate that everyone knows my mother and me by name when we call because it indicates a willingness to personalize our interactions instead of making it only about business. I love the fact that, unlike larger retail companies, Triad Choice Pharmacy makes an effort to get to know its customers. In

I love this harmacy. They offer script talk labels for those with low vision and who are totally blind. This is very helpful for me as I am totally blind. I love that Triad Choice delivers and love the delivery drivers. I appreciate the help i get over the phone the pharmacy is always willing to work with me and willing to make sure I have the medicine when i need it and they always work with my doctor's offices promptly to make sure i am set to be healthy and safe.

The staff doesn’t communicate or document efficiently. They refuse my medication monthly for a variety of reasons, making me jump through hoops each month only to apologize each time for their lack of communication and mistakes. Just this morning the woman i spoke to on the phone refused to let me speak to her supervisor. So here’s another month of me getting my medicine sent to another pharmacy to pick up with no issues. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY.

This has been the most friendliest staff at any pharmacy . The owner Tony was so helpful when I first started getting my prescriptions a few months ago . Chris has also been very kind to work with us on getting things filled . All the ladies are always so friendly on the phone and in person .

I found this WONDERFUL pharmacy after a meditation I needed was not available at the pharmacy I had been using. Called Triad Choice and spoke with 2 very helpful employees. Long story short they turned a nightmare of an experience into a true blessing by going above and beyond to find and fill my prescription. I really appreciate that help that was given to me by the staff!!!
