I have had good experiences with Tria overall, and also had a good experience with the doctors in urgent care. With that being said, I had a horrible experience trying to get in for an injection for my back pain. Long story short, I had to call them to schedule, when they were supposed to call me after prior authorization. Then, I had an appointment scheduled, and the doctor in urgent care reached out to them to get me in sooner, so they called me to reschedule for an earlier time. They screwed up when scheduling, didn’t make it right in any way, and basically didn’t want to own up to the fact that they screwed up. When you’re in pain and need to wait longer for a much needed procedure because they didn’t do their job, it’s very frustrating. On top of that, you get defensiveness and attitu

We received great care, but $1700.00 for a broken arm with insurance is wild. Support political candidates who want to expand public health care options.
