Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Urgent Care

Sadly, this place is a typically run facility where you're just a number. They herd you in and out like cattle, and since the doctors are so busy, they're always behind and then don't really take the time to get to know you or your issue. They seem to take in more patients than they can effectively handle.

This is my third time using this walk in clinic First two great experience this time they obviously have scrapped the bottom of the barrel for front desk registration Myself and at least 4 others that I saw signed in well before the 6:30 close time and the registration girl did not give any of us the registration form and had no idea why any of us were there The people before me after waiting an hour went up and asked her about registration and I saw her give one lady papers but not the rest I left at 6:35 and was never acknowledged let alone registered I guess when you are owned by the largest “non profit” patient care and satisfaction take a back seat.

For those going in for ortho urgent care be aware that your wait time to be seen is expected to be approximately 2 hours due to understaffed Saturday hours (when going on Saturday). Nice enough staff by all means, but hopefully the employer will not continue to cheap out on only having 4 employees in the building. May be better off scheduling an appointment with another business/orthopedic location to ensure you're seen in a timely manner. Arrived at 9:26. Provided papers to complete at 10:37. Taken back into a room to be seen at 11:16. Seen by PA at 11:50. Left 1202pm

Received little to no medical attention. Was there for 2 hours and saw the “doctor” for about 1 minute total. 0 willingness to help or even try to figure out what the problem was. Would not recommend if you have any serious type of injury

Staff was very attentive and patient with people who came in and everyone was asking for information one right after another very busy day. The Doctor was professional thourgh and pleasant.
