Doctors are amazing, office staff probably the most rude and unreasonable human beings on earth. Going all of the way back to 1992 I've spent out of pocket close to $30,000 (not including what insurance paid out) on services there. Now i was just refused services due a bill my son has due which is on a payment plan being automatically deducted monthly. Way to treat a patient in a time of need after ALL of the money I have spent with you!

Dr. Knoll was very gentle when he gave me the shot for my knee. He answered my husband's question on the difference between the jell and the steroid. I was well pleased with the office visit and will see him again when necessary. Highly recommend.

I was seen for a surgical consult. The time I spent in the waiting room was about 25-30 minutes. There’s an urgent care next door so the wait was longer due to triage of others’ injuries. Once I was called to an exam room, X-ray of my back was requested and I had to change into athletic shorts. I had other images sent to their office several weeks beforehand to help facilitate this appointment. Once I returned to the exam room, my wait time exceeded an hour before I was seen by a physician. I was a bit annoyed by the wait time but I was understanding. Once Dr. Weinzapfel came in to examine me, he spent an hour with me. He explained my images in a way that I could understand, explained the surgery from start to finish, answered my questions, and even found some injuries that previous doctor

Dr. Whitney is the best Orthopedic doctor I've seen. He seemed to really care about me and my condition. He spent time talking and explaining things to me and my husband and working on my treatment plan.
